It's not the greatest shot in the world, but I do so love forsythia. Year round, they are nothing but ordinary, if not even ugly. But, come March, they are such cheerful heralds of the impending season of renewal.

This week, I'm going to plant some forsythia here, at my new home.

This is really beautiful! I have a large forcythis bush about to bloom in a few more days. I love it when spring gets to this stage.
