rdl, this one is from the archives and I don't exactly remember! But I know it had to to with using the polar coordinates distortion option in ps elements and rotating the image and then using polar coordinates again. I'll see if I can find the recipe online again. :-)

Oh, it is a picture of a storm drain cover, originally.
